I placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship.

I have not received my order, what should I do?

Kindly check the status of your package to find out why it might have been delayed. Once tracking information has been distributed Studio Haus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You may contact your local post office to file a dispute. 

I sent a DM to @shopstudiohaus or sent an email to lindsey@shopstudiohaus.co, when should I expect a response?

We will respond to all messages within 48 hours of receiving them. 

Can I exchange my order?  

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

I received my order and need to make a return, how do I go about that?
